*** SOLD *** FOR SALE: Vintage Chanel Jumbo XL Quilted Flap

I purchased this item pre-loved from eBay in June 2007. The eBay seller is a recommended seller of vintage Chanels from The Purse Forum. The seller was based in Victoria, Australia.

The bag was made between 1991-1994, so it's over 20 years old.

I have taken care of this and ensured I avoided staining or scratching it. As I have worn it and probably the owner previous before me has worn it, there are obviously signs of wear. Photos were taken outside on an overcast day, photos have not been doctored or altered in any way. I wanted it to show every scratches and/or scuffs to show the condition of the bag.

The bag used to have a musty odour, however I read up on how to get rid of it and it's to stuff some newspaper inside the bag and that seems to have gotten rid of it, I can no longer smell it.

The item will come with the dustbag, care booklet and authenticity card.

I do not come from a pet-free home, I have two fluffy cats.

Payment can be made via Paypal or Bank Deposit if you're in Australia.

I am only comfortable sending the bag out insured, it covers both the buyer and seller if anything happens to it during transit. Please contact me for shipping quotes.

Price is $XXXX and can be negotiable, however I will not respond to lowball offers.

For any questions, please contact me at pancakes2481@gmail.com

Thank you!

Museum

A few weekends back The Boy and I needed to run an errand in the city and took advantage of the beautiful Autumn day, so we decided to check out The Powerhouse Museum in Sydney.

There were the usual planes, trains and automobiles, but what I really wanted to see was the display of some of the creations from Fashion Design students from Sydney. They were all amazing but the one that caught my eye was this amazing jewel encrusted "Maasai x Medici" gown from student Yousef Akbar. I took about 500 pictures of it and The Boy had to drag me away. The intricate detail of it was just spectacular.

The outfit I kept simple but went with a cooler palette. I wish I could say I plan my outfits, unfortunately my life isn't that together for it to happen everyday. I did however plan to wear the white jeans. The night before it had fallen victim to another one of my DIY rips session. One day, I'll look in my wardrobe and there'll be no jeans left without holes. The denim jacket was just perfect for walking around as it got a little warm during the day.

Hope you're having a great week so far!
