Breezy & Blue Skies

An easy breezy outfit for a perfect sunny day.

Keeping it simple with a light coloured tee, jeans and some comfy leopard loafers. I have been coveting leopard loafers for the longest time and these Florsheim ones from The Iconic was just perfect. The price was pretty damn perfect too!

I also cannot get enough of my DIY teardrop Agate necklace, simple but effective. I love to layer jewellery, the more the merrier sometimes!

Neon Splice

Nothing like a bright jumper to brighten up and lift your mood. This Forever 21 jumper is by far my most favourite one so far, I had to get it in another colour before I left the U.S.

These cool new flats are another eBay gem. I picked them up for less than $12 and they have a leopard section at the back which drew me to them in the first place.

Getting Lippy

I always envy those who have the courage to wear bright lipsticks on a daily or regular basis. I don't know if it's their courage I envy or their patience of having to touch it up. No matter what those lipstick ads say, normal lipstick does not stay on your lips while you eat and drink.

I've also come across girls who look great with their bold lips until they smile and their teeth are wearing more of the lipstick than their actual lips. So it's really a combination of fear of looking like a mental patient who just ate a lipstick and the impatience of up-keep throughout the day that staves me away.

Givenchy and Fireworks

Yesterday was Australia Day, this day always brings out the masses to the harbour to await the amazing fireworks display. The days humidity called for an airy lace dress. Even if I'd walked out of the house naked, I don't think that would have kept me any cooler. So I kept simple and fuss free.

This Givenchy Antigona is perfect for a fuss-free day in any crowds. The leather and material is durable and nothing penetrates through it so I'm not afraid of stains or people accidentally bumping into it. I'm a crazy bag lady, while I don't baby them, I always like to ensure I plan out what I carry in different situations.

Hope everyone in Oz is having a fab long weekend!

Naked Without The Following...

Leaving the house for me without accessories would be like not wearing underwear, something would be missing.

I am not an interesting dresser. The basic the clothes the better and I live in basic tees, shorts or jeans. Though when it comes to accessories, the bigger the statement it makes the better.

This is just a glimpse of my accessories. I am trying very hard not to add to anymore of these. Several times in the past 6-8 months, i've done a massive cull to my belongings. It got to a point where I felt I just had excess as most of them were not worn.

Thanks for letting me share.
